I represent a client in Nassau County on a felony DWI with an accident and a 5 year old child in the vehicle. This is the client’s second DWI. The DA pushed for 6 months jail but I was able to convince the Judge to give her much less. The client will be serving 13 actual days instead of the penalty the DA was pushing. All in a day’s work!
