I represent a client charged with attempted grand larceny in Nassau County. The prosecutor initially offered a misdemeanor plea offer. I refused the deal and the matter was adjourned several times. I was confident that we could beat the case. I am happy to say that yesterday, the matter was resolved and the DA’s office has agreed to dismiss the case provided that the client stays out of trouble for 6 months. All in a day’s work!
