I represented a client in Nassau County who was charged with Aggravated DWI.  He blew a .20 BAC which is 2.5 times the legal limit.  Additionally, he struck 4 motor vehicles and several occupants of those vehicles had to seek medical attention by ambulance.  The DA’s office was pushing for both jail and 3 years probation.  The client didn’t want probation and asked me to get him 90 days jail with no probation.  I was able to convince the Judge to give him 50 days jail without any probation.  On a .20 reading with a multi car accident and physical injury….I would say I did a spectacular job.
