I represented a client charged with felony assault on a police officer. That is a class D Violent Felony. I am proud to say that the prosecutor agreed to reduce the charge to a sealed violation. That means that the charge was not only dropped below a felony but even below a misdemeanor. Essentially, the client pled guilty to a non-criminal charge that is at the same level as a traffic ticket. All in a day’s work!
