I represented a client in a DWI trial. Prior to trial, we engaged in pretrial suppression hearings and I was able to effectively cross examine the arresting officer. During the hearing, I was able to expose the officer’s lies and as a result of that, the client was found not guilty of the DWI after trial since the officer’s credibility was totally destroyed due to inconsistencies between the hearing and trial. All in a day’s work!
