I represent a client in a felony criminal mischief case. He was alleged to have followed the complaining witness and rammed into her car. When I watched the dashcam video from the alleged “victim’s” car, it was obvious to me that she drove recklessly and her driving is what caused the accident despite the fact that both parties exchanged words minutes before the accident. I am happy to say that as a result of my aggressive advocacy, the case is being dismissed and the client’s arrest will be nullified. All in a day’s work!
