I represent a client in a refusal DWI. In addition to the criminal case, I agreed to represent her at her DMV refusal hearing. At that hearing, an administrative law judge determines whether or not to revoke one’s license for a minimum period of one year if it’s determined that certain criteria has been satisfied.
I was able today to beat the hearing and to have the judge reinstate my client’s license. The judge agreed with my arguments and reinstated my client’s driver’s license.
All in a day’s work!
