I represented a client in a Town Code matter. The prosecutor told the client that the usual fine was $1,800. I’m proud to say that the Town Attorney agreed to drop the fine to $300. The client pled guilty to a non-criminal violation and the rest of the charges were dismissed. All in a day’s work!
