I represented a client today in a Town code matter. I knew I could beat this case and the prosecutor knew it too. Because of my tough advocacy, he agreed to dismiss the top charge and allowed my client to plead to a lesser charge with a greatly reduced fine. The prosecutor said to my client, “we never dismiss these charges.” That felt good and the client was very happy. All in a day’s work!!!
